Biography

Groot is the sweetest boy. He loves to cuddle in bed. He's very very high energy but can also melt into your arms. I have a reactive dog I am not comfortable rehoming to someone else and Groot and another of my very friendly dogs can no longer coexist in the same house as him. It's constant stress for everyone and managing the environment has become near impossible. As much as it breaks my heart I need to do what's best for them. I'm willing to pay for all vet care for the rest of his life. I'm hoping to find him a very active family or on a farm/large property where he no longer needs to be confined due to my other dog hating him no matter what I try. He's been raised with kids, chickens, ducks, turkeys and a house pig. If you don't allow pets on furniture please pass on Groot as he just wants to cuddle and be with his person as much as possible. I've had him his entire life and just want to see him somewhere he's loved as much as I love him with the freedom to be able to expend his energy and not be cooped up anymore. He's approximately 50lbs.
