Biography

Rosie is an 83 pound gentle giant American terrier pitbull. She has been with our family for three years and seen us through two new babies and two older children. She is a family dog who loves people and children. Rosie loves to run and play but also loves to just hang around and watch tv (especially 101 Dalmatians) with the kids.
Rosie is house trained and command trained, however she is very dog reactive despite having been to formal training and continues to become aggressive to other dogs on walks. So a home with no other pets would fit her best. This has also made it challenging for her mom to walk her with her two babies. Not having a proper backyard has also increased the challenge of getting Rosie out to use the bathroom and exercised. Rosie has some allergies which are under control and can be further discussed upon inquiries.
Rosie deserves a home where she is loved, cared for and number one with people who have patience, and a backyard for her to get outside and play. She deserves a home where she can live and be happy and although we love her so very much and our hearts are completely broken we know that is simply not enough and she is not getting what she needs her at home with us. And in the interest of love we are choosing to rehome our gentle giant Rosie, to the right people who will love her unconditionally and have the right conditions for her to live her best life.
