Biography

Ollie is a big boy full of joy and love. We believe he is a Mastiff/Boxer mix. He is about 5 years old. Healthy and current on all shots and vaccinations, no health issues to be concerned with.

He is great with other dogs, once he has gotten to know them. Currently he is living with a 60 lb Goldendoodle, who he loves rough-housing with, and an elderly 30 lb Spring Spaniel that he is careful not to bother. He listens well and is obedient, he is quite submissive towards assertive people and has never had issues with aggression at all towards people.

He can be assertive with other male dogs at first, and needs a strong owner that can handle his strength and keep him under control in situations meeting new male dogs so he doesn't get carried away.

Ollie would make a terrific watch dog for a larger property, he is protective of his pack and home. He is very athletic and loves to run, and play fetch, but also more than happy to sleep away most of the day. He is crate trained and does well in his Kennel for extended periods if need be. Also fully house trained and never has accidents in the house. We currently feed a grain free food to Ollie, as it seems best for his digestive system. He has never been around livestock or cats, so not sure how he would act but we have horses just across the road and he pays them no mind.
