Biography

We adopted Jenny from the Lewis & Clark Humane Society in the summer of 2022. She is a German Shorthaired Pointer (GSP). She is an excellent dog. She loves to run and explore outside. (She's not so great on a leash though.) She is of course potty-trained and also crate-trained (we have stretched it up to 12 hours at times). She barks only in her sleep. She is friendly, including with children, and is for the most part obedient. She has a lot of energy but she is not overbearing on those days that she doesn't get run. She does well when kenneled and seems to really like Julie and Pampered Pets. If she receives a chew toy she takes it as a personal challenge to see how fast she can destroy it. We have loved having her in our home, but we have become empty-nesters and our schedules are no longer dog-friendly.
