Biography
An energetic ball of fur, Orion is a healthy mix of playful and cuddlebug.
He can nap with you or go on fun adventures! He's ready for anything, anytime.
Some of his favorite activities are going on car rides and visiting friends at the dog park. He is super intellectual and learns new tricks and commands in a matter of 2 days! He loves to swim and is easy to bathe if you have a tub because he'll jump right in!
His favorite weather is: Snowy. He loves the snow, and he'll play in it for hours if you let him.
His favorite snacks are fruits, chicken, and peanut butter... not necessarily together.
The biggest thing he needs work on is leash manners, and recall. He is reactive to nearby other dogs, squirrels, and rodents when walking down the street.
He is house trained, potty trained, and crate trained (however he hasn’t used a crate for the last 6 months).
He has graduated from Basic and Intermediate Pet Smart training. (Knows Sit, Down, Wait, Spin, Roll-over, and Play Dead!)
He was adopted as a 10-week-old puppy from a rescue shelter in Spokane, WA and loved deeply in his almost 3 years of being with me (his birthday is 11/20/2020). A lot of major negative life events have happened to me, and after trying my best to do what I thought was right for him for the past year, I have made the extremely difficult decision that it is best for him to find a new home.
