Cooper is believed to be a great dane/beagle mix. He's almost 4 months old. He's hyper, has a goofy personality, very sweet, good with cats and other dogs from what we can tell.
This isn't an easy thing for the owner to do, but living in a townhouse he needs more space and more area to be himself than she can offer him.
