Biography

Bruce is a super affectionate and calm cat. He would thrive in a household where attention is almost always accessible, but he can come and go as he pleases. He loves to be your shadow and will crawl up to be held and lay across your lap or chest as you relax. He would love sleeping in the same bed as you, but he would still be happy sleeping in his own space. However if he is in the room with you, he will crawl up into the bed to cuddle. He prefers people over pets, but has experience living in a multi pet household with dogs, other cats, and lizards (who he has interacted with outside of their enclosure), without any problems arising. He does prefer having space around other animals, and can get grumpy when they invade it, but doesn’t mind sharing a household with them. Would not do well with puppies or over excited dogs, but does perfectly fine with dogs who are cat savvy. He is a very food motivated cat and will try to break into containers holding cat food if accessible to him, he knows how to open cupboards and push open doors, but does not know how to open drawers. Not entirely interested with playing with toys independently, but will interact with you and the toy if you initiate it.
