Biography
Hi, I'm Willow! My foster family found me when I was running in a storm on a street called Willowbend, which is where I got my name.
I'm a fun-loving goofy pup who loves to run and play in the back yard. My foster parents think I would do best in a home without other dogs. Because I spent some time on the street, I can be protective of my food and toys when other dogs are around. I don't mind if my humans handle my things though -- I actually love playing with them!
I have lived with a couple cats, and they seem interesting but so far have kept their distance from me.
If you spend a day at home with me this is what I'll probably be doing. First, breakfast. I love food! Then I would love to play some ball or run in the yard. Then I'm happy to take a morning nap. When I'm really tired you'll know because I'll lay all out and my tongue will stick out :)
I may get antsy after a few hours and would love a mid day walk or romp in the yard. I love to tear up toys and cardboard boxes (only the ones mom and dad give me though).
I love my humans and love to share the couch with them.
If you have to go somewhere I’ll relax in my crate. I’ll be so excited when you come home!
I know how to sit, lay down, and touch. I go in my crate when appropriate payment is provided. I am house trained and potty outside:)
I'm working on not pulling on my leash and ignoring other dogs.
