Biography
Ella is 5 years old. She was originally adopted by my father in May 2022 but sadly he passed away in October 2022. Unfortunately there have been issues between her and my 2 senior cats that I have had for over 10 years. As well my cats are used to having food down all the time which they nibble on throughout the day, but Ella will over eat and it is not possible to feed them separately. She has put on weight since she came to my place and I am concerned for her long term health. It has become impossible for me to keep her for these reasons.
She is a sweet cat, but definitely needs to be the only four leg fur baby in the home as she wants to be dominant and will bully another cat or dog. I don't expect she would do well with very young children. Older children should be fine. She does seem to have a fascination with feet and will come over and curl up on your feet or a handy pair of shoes. She is a very quiet cat, hardly makes any sounds unless she is chittering at a bird she sees outside. It will probably take a few days for her to settle in but if you give her space and time she will warm up. She loves having her ears scratched and under her chin.
