Breed: Black Lab/American Staffordshire mix
Spayed and up to date on all vaccines with no prior or current health conditions. Comes with automatic feeder, bed, etc.
In need of rehoming my senior dog, Raven, who has been by my side since she was a pup. She's been an incredible, well-mannered dog, and her energy level at 10 years old rivals that of a 2-year-old (even my vet is amazed, guessing she's closer to 3).
Raven is a sweetheart who thrives on human companionship. Her low-maintenance nature and shyness make her quite endearing. Her love for people is boundless, and she radiates warmth to everyone she meets. While she's not too keen on interacting with other dogs, she could thrive in a home with no other dogs or perhaps a calm, non-hyperactive companion who understands her personal space. She would also do well in a home with a cat(s).
It's important to know that Raven is a bit of a scaredy cat, easily startled by unexpected noises or objects (guard duty is definitely not her forte). Instead, she excels at belly rubs, enjoying her favorite snacks, snoozing, and leisurely walks.
Having been there for Raven throughout her life, it deeply pains me to admit that my current circumstances have evolved into a whirlwind of work commitments and personal changes. I've been grappling with this decision and trying to make things work for the past year, but I'm acknowledging that I can't give her the time and attention she truly deserves.
My ultimate goal is to see Raven embraced by a loving home where she can bask in the happiness and care she deserves for the rest of her days. I believe she deserves a life filled with joy, love, and dedicated attention.
