Biography
Luna is a loving faded torty cat. She gets along great with our other cat and our pitbull senior dog. She is great with our children ages infant to teenager. My kids pick her up and handle her often. She is litter trained, eats Purina cat food, loves cat nip toys and will "fetch" her little toy mice and bring them back for you to throw for her. Luna was fixed in June and has healed wonderfully from her procedure.
This is where the issue lies.....ever since having my youngest 8months ago Luna has been spraying in my house and going outside the litter box. This was never an issue before and we have had her almost three years. This is why we had her fixed, helping it would stop her spraying, but it hasn't helped at all. The vet says at this point it's habit to her and her stress reaction to the new baby. She will lay next to the baby and smell her, never aggressive, but for some reason this change in our home has changed her for the worse. We have bought the plug in pheromone diffusers which had zero affect. I have secluded her solely to a bedroom to try and reduce her stress level which hasn't helped at all. At this point I feel a complete change of scenery is our last option.
