Toby was born 18 weeks ago. I am the pet owner and suffer from lung issues. Toby and his brother, Mickey, need to be rehomed as soon as possible. He is a super adorable and loving kitty. Toby has not stepped a foot outside. He is clean and soft, and is free of fleas and diseases.
