Biography

Backstory: Skitz(what we call her) was found in Macarthur Park Area, chained to the pipes in a back alley, she had been OD'd required resuscitation. She was literally, stuck in an area filled with her own excrement and trash, surrounded by rats waiting for her moment of weakness, and left for dead. We got her back to stable vitals, and brought her back with us, we cleaned her up, managed some wounds, and started getting her hydrated and nourished. She has been here about a month and her recovery has been going remarkably well. We just can't have another dog, lwe already have a large dog(they play like long lost bff's, so Skitz is super social, loving, and friendly) & we live in a small unit. We think she is right around a year old, andshe appears to be at least partially the breed of "black mouth cur" which is a somewhat rare, but super family and other pet friendly, so she will make a wonderful, playful, sweet(she likes to put her head on your knees if she sits next to u) addition to a loving pet family. She isn't spayed yet, and we don't know if she has had any shots( but we assume probably not) Also, she is house trained for the most part, as long as she gets taken out, she 's good, and she's obedient to simple commands, like "come", "sit", "lay down", for the most part. IF WE DONT FIND SOMEWHERE FOR HER TO GO WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE HER TO A SHELTER(we have a strict pet policy in our lease, for 1 animal and we don't want to lose our spot). Thanks for your help, please let us know if you hear anything.
