Biography
We got Jack from a pet rescue about 4 years ago, when he was 3. He is lovely indoors—even with other dogs once he knows them. It takes a few hours at home, but at the groomer he is totally fine running around with all the other dogs. He loves to be in a yard and can be in one with other dogs he knows. However, he is highly leash reactive and cannot walk by other dogs on a leash without lunging, barking and chasing. He also needs constant access to outdoors or he can have accidents. He also barks a lot in new places. I do not have a yard and will not be able to get one, and also now go into work in person. I cannot afford doggie day care and am not sure that’s the best for Jack, either.
A house with a yard would be transformative to this loving, playful guy.
