Martin is a 4 year old German shepard. He loves ear scratches and nose kisses. He lives indoors with a female dog and two cats. When he gets excited or nervous he pees, but is getting better about it the older he gets. He is somewhat anxious. Unfamiliar objects around the house and sudden movements will make him yelp and run away. He does not do well with other male dogs and has barked aggressively at strangers, this seems to be a protective instinct and could be helped with more consistent training. He is very sweet to people he bonds with, following them around the house and trying to lay on laps and lick faces. He is very good with his food, we can remove anything from his mouth without issue. He needs an active family who can take time to train him, exercise him, and has patience with his anxiety. We sadly are unable to give him the time and attention he deserves. He is truly a smart and sweet boy in need of extra TLC.
