Daisy was born May 2015 and we adopted her in September of 2015. This 8 year old cat has been a wonderful member of our family, but is no longer happy in our household. Daisy is terrified of dogs and needs to go to a house with no dogs. She was raised with dogs, but her anxiety has gotten much worse over the years. More recently she will not come out of the lower level at all because of the dogs. (The dogs do not mind cats, the fear is not due to their behavior)
Daisy loves to “talk” when you say her name, can be a cuddle bug or independent depending on her mood. She is spayed, front declawed and up to date on her rabies vaccine. She is perfect with the litter box and has never had issues. She would do best with adults or families with older children. We hate losing her to another family, but we need to do what is best for her. She has done fine with another cat, but unsure how she would do with a new cat friend. Unsure if her fear would be as strong with a small dog, but absolutely no large dogs. Thank you so much for considering our sweet Daisy. We only want her to be able to return to the sweet, social cat she once was.
