Peaty is a 10 year old pitbull mix. He’s a dog that loves to be close to his humans (a huge cuddler) and needs a lot of attention and exercise. He’s very active, and his favorite activity is swimming in the water. Peaty seems to experience separation anxiety, and he takes anxiety medication once daily. When he’s anxious, he often itches and licks himself. Peaty would benefit from a home where the family is traveling occasionally. Additionally, Peaty does not do well in the car, so he struggles on both short and long car trips. As Peaty needs a lot of attention, an ideal family would have more than one person. Peaty would benefit from having a few human playmates. Peaty is ok with other female dogs, but he does not get along with other male dogs (especially those that are larger than him). Peaty would bring so much love to a family that has the time and attention to dedicate to him.
