Dakota is a sweet Mini Australian Shepherd who needs a family that can provide more love than we are able to at this point. Dakota loves a task to do and being active. We took Dakota in from a puppy mill when she was 6 months old and have done the best we could to get her trained, but unfortunately my wife and I have travelled so much for work that we have never been able to instill that strong foundation Dakota needs. She has great name recall and is able to do all of the basic commands, but she is not great walking on a leash and is very barky when she sees another dog. Dakota would need to be in a house where she is the only pet and there are no little kids.
Dakota recently got defensive and bit my wife and as we are expecting a newborn, we need to find Dakota a new family.
