Biography
Sathena: I'm a sweet, sensitive girl (38 lbs). I like to cuddle and hang at home with my human(s). I also know when my people are sad, and I'll go rushing over to comfort them. Zeus (47 lbs): Sweet, cuddley kissy boy who will follow my humans around and love to play with my sis.
I love:
-to cuddle with our humans: S belly rubbed; Zeus back hips scratched for a dance
-to play with my toys, sometimes I fetch indoors or outdoors
-to play search
-we want someone who will be home much of the time (remote worker/newly retired, etc.) but we are good with a dogsitter being here if you must travel from time to time; we are also fine if you go out without us (preferrably 4-8 hours max, but may need a walker if 8 hours)
-can stay on a paddle board and not jump off (not sure this is a requirement for our new home, though)
-love movie night snuggle time
-Iove to sleep with my human(s) and give kisses and hugs in the morning
-will welcome and embrace my humans’ friends and family…just don’t let a little one corner me (temporary time with littles and separated from them if they are running/crawling free when have occasional little visitors would be fine; living with a little every day in a small space-not fine; we prefer a quieter, more predictable environment).
-love to sit under the table; only allergic to sardines (and S also fungi)
- like to go for walks; playing together in a big fenced yard even better
-fully house trained…play with my toys, use the bathroom outside, am generally very calm and chill in the house
-will let you bathe me and trim my nails
-like my teeth brushed every night
-it has been a while but I have done well with outdoor patio restaurants if off to the side and no other dogs in our faces…have been many times out to eat
-love road trips
-Would love to be the only pets (but could be with a very chill dog, if needed)
Needs/Wants:
-allergy medicine (90% covered by pet insurance); cytopoint shots 3-4/year
-pet insurance (take over the policy; current owner will consider continuing to pay for this if it's a deal-breaker)
-love Ziwi dog food-keeps us healthy and active with soft fur; hope to continue with healthy food
I crave a more predictable and quieter environment like we had before baby was born. I am a sensitive doggy. My current owner says I am wonderful and is sad that I'm unable to adjust to baby/toddler. I am healthy!
