Kota is very friendly with people. He knows his name and perks up when you call him. He loves treats and responds to "Treat, Treat". He loves belly rubs and will let you carry him like a baby once he knows you. He does like to be picked up and sometimes will stand up on his hind legs and stretch out his forelegs on your legs to be picked up. He does very well with children and often follows them around. Sometimes he gets in a playful mood and will play fetch with his cat toys. He can be talkative (trilling), especially around his meal times (6:30 AM, 12, 5PM) - he is used to an automatic cat feeder. He's been around dogs before but it has been almost 4 years since he has been, so it's not really known how well he would do with dogs. He may do better as a single cat, but we do have one of his litter mates, another neutered male, and an older spayed female cat. He does get aggressive with the female at times, so this may be something to keep in mind.
