Biography

We count Ocho on the street in Philly in poor shape. She was pregnant and very sick. I brought her in because it was snowing. I took her to our vet and she had emergency surgery within a week to save her life. She is in excellent health now and is current on her vaccines. I never intended to get another cat, but she tugged at my heart. I now need to find her a place to live. She is the tiniest thing despite being fully grown. She does love to eat and loves people, but not other cats. We think this is because she was attacked when she was on the street- based on her condition. She tolerates other cats, but at times will get territorial. She would do well in a home without other cats. She is excellent with people, including small children. She loves following you around and sitting in your room. Then she curls up underneath the bed in the evening to sleep in her kitty donut. She is liter box trained, loves using her scratch box, and loves sleeping in a cat tree, amazon box, or her kitty donut. An interesting thing is that she is mixed with Sphinx -- at least that is what the vet thinks based on her eye and head shape. She has a beautiful shiny coat and loves to play fetch with her toys.
