This is Amos! I love this lil beefcake more than anything. However my financial situation has forced me to seek a new and safer home for him.
Full disclosure, Amos is struggling with a chronic skin issue that is needing fairly immediate care. He has been on and off antibiotics for almost two years and we cannot afford to get him to the specialist he so greatly needs. He has quite a few allergies that we haven't quite been able to figure out. On top of this he does have some behavioral issues that need to be addressed in training that we also cannot afford, some separation anxiety and leash reactivity. However he does love all dogs, I already have a senior mix breed that he gets along well with, before his skin got worse, he loved going to the dog park (he would need to be resocialized but I think it's entirely possible).
Despite all these things, he listens well, knows basic commands, does not tear anything up when left alone. He has done well being crate trained, we just don't have the space for one his size in our current apartment. He's not picky about food, although he should be with all his allergies, he will get into anything that smells tasty enough if it's in reach. He loves car rides, loud noises don't bother him (even fireworks). He was born a stray in downtown Seattle and we adopted him at one year old in 2021, sometimes strange people at night can startle him but he's fine with most strangers. He LOVES to play, he can be a bit rough but he knows "Ow" and will settle if you say it.
He would come with all of his collars and harnesses, toys and a blanket to help him settle in. I can also throw in one of his toddler mattresses, although he prefers to sleep in bed with his person.
