Biography

Subject: Rehoming Request for Charlie

To Whom it May Concern:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Charlie, a charming two and 1/2-year-old mixed breed dog, 1/2 Alaskan husky and 1/2 Australian Shepard; who has unfortunately experienced multiple rehomings in his short life. It is with a deep sense of concern and hope that I reach out to you as you are known for its commitment to providing a loving and permanent home for animals in need.

Charlie is a sweet-natured and affectionate dog who, despite his best efforts to adapt, has faced challenges in finding a forever home. His previous rehomings were not due to any fault of his own, but rather unforeseen circumstances faced by his previous owners. Charlie has exhibited resilience and a loving demeanor throughout his journey, making it evident that he deserves a stable and nurturing environment.

He loves to run and play with other dogs. I currently have him staying at my home with my two dogs; Zeus is 12, and Demi is 7. I am elderly; and have several medical conditions that makes it impossible to give Charlie the exercise, both physical and mental, that he requires. I took him in because I want to find him a forever home that will nurture and love him and be able to care for him properly. We are desperately looking to locate a loving home can offer Charlie the stability and care he desperately needs.

Enclosed with this letter, you will find Charlie’s medical records, behavioral assessments, and a brief history of his previous rehomings. We hope that this information aids in understanding Charlie’s unique needs and characteristics.

If possible, we kindly request the opportunity to discuss Charlie’s situation further and explore the possibility of him becoming a part of your program. Your consideration and willingness to help would mean the world to Charlie and all those who care deeply about his well-being.

Thank you for your time and attention. We look forward to the possibility of Charlie finding his forever home.. I am happy to drive him a distance if that makes meeting him easier, he loves car rides.
