We rescued Willow from family in Bend, Oregon and have had her five months. She was originally surrendered to the Humane Society of Central Oregon.
Willow has a loud purr, a statuesque presence, and a playful nature. She will approach a stranger to say hello, rub on legs, and gets pet on her head or back. She is very affectionate, but prefers not to be picked up; she also prefers adults and adolescents over small children. She'll sit nearby or even next to you, rather than on your lap. Willow likes to chase a ball and plays with small toys such as a catnip mouse. She also likes her scratching post.
It is important for Willow to be indoors only. She has urinated outside her litter box a few times after getting in arguments with neighborhood cats in our backyard. It may also be important for her to be an only cat while living indoors, although that is not fully known. Willow is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccines.
