Bear is a very sweet friendly dog, he is house trained, crate trained, and knows sit shake down come and get out of the kitchen. Bears issue is that he is very protective of his feet and can snap at you if try to to touch them which makes him incompatible with young kids, we have a crawling baby and are not comfortable having him around her. He loves people and getting pets and if very affectionate so he would do great in any home with adults that can just respect his space with his feet. He has had problems with our other large male dog but has had no issues with our girl dog or our small male dog even tho the small dog try’s to bite his ankles sometimes he just barks at him and walks away. I’ve never had him around cats so I don’t know how he’d do. He’s a pretty laid back guy definitely a great companion for the right home.
