Hi Neighbors. We found this 10-month old kitten near University Place on January 10th. The weather had dropped below freezing at that point so we had to bring him to our home. He had fleas, an upper respiratory infection, and was in a bad way. We took him to the vet the next day and they took blood work for tests, vaccinated him, treated his upper respiratory infection and treated his fleas. Nearly 2 weeks later he is in much better shape, his blood work was clear (NO FIV, FIP, etc..) still a little sniffly but the vet feels that should go in a week or two. We are also having him neutered this Friday (Jan 26th).
We already have 2 dogs - he gets on well with one (see pics), but he is scared of the younger one as she runs quickly at him and barks. Also, we travel a lot with our dogs and can't do that with a cat. Hence, we are trying to rehome him with a new family. He is incredibly friendly, purry, and sweet. if you are interested in Mr Kitty (we haven't named him) please direct message me and we can arrange a meet and greet. While his vet work has been pretty expensive, we are happy to cover this for the right family.
