Salem was a stray dropped off at my parents church. We took her in because she needed a home. At the time we were living in a bigger place where she had lots of room and could also go outside. We moved here to Tennessee from Texas into an apartment and she can no longer go outside and doesn’t have a whole lot of room inside. She’s young so she loves to play and we have an older cat who gets very stressed when she try’s to play with her. With them being together in such a small space now it’s just not good for either of them to be together. She’s a really sweet cat, she loves to cuddle, loves to jump up to you from the floor and just be held. She’s great with dogs and I think would be best with younger cats around her age. She has a tendency to bite which is how she plays but we have gotten her to not do it as much so I think the older she gets she’ll grow out of that. She has been around my nieces and nephews so many times and they loved to play with her and she has never been aggressive towards them, they always picked her up and carried her around. So I would safely say she would be fine around children. She just needs other cats her age to play with and some toys and she’ll be set! She’s 2 and will be 3 this year 2024 around march or April I believe. Because she was a stray I’m not sure of her exact birthday. She is fully declawed and spayed.
