3 y/o male Ridgeback Mix (believe Ridgeback/Boxer, 55lbs) looking for a loving home. He came to me a year ago with the intent for me to finish his training as a service dog. A series of life events have not allowed that to happen.

He is very loving, very playful, trainable, but also knows how to have quiet time. He's generally very good with people, though he has very limited time/experience with small children. I do not recommend him with toddlers - but did great with 11 y/o's. He's particularly fond of fetch with his ball or a toy (not always great at giving it back - at least until he's ready to go again) and tug-of-war.

He is chipped, up-to-date on his vaccinations, and crate trained. He is resource protective with toys when it comes to other dogs, something we've been working on - but has done great getting along with others at his daycare (no toys). May have territory issues with another dog - may depend on breeds/sizes. Does not do well with cats.

Looking for a home where he can have some attention, play time and lots of love.
