Luna is a sweet, lovable lab mix. Want to be her bestie- just give her some belly rubs! Luna greets everyone she meets with tail wags quickly followed by rolling over for belly scratches. She enjoys long walks with lots of time for sniffs, and enjoys a good game of tug-o-war, and chase. She loves running after tennis balls but doesn’t want to share them. Her whole life she has had cat brothers and is unfazed by their antics. Luna enjoys treats and has very good manners- she knows how to sit, lay, stay, paw/shake, and walks nicely on a leash with her harness. She is house-trained and will alert you when she needs to go outside. Luna is a calm dog who respects boundaries and does not counter-surf (unless you leave some turkey very close to the edge). She will alert you to someone coming by your house but welcomes strangers when they enter. Luna is a typical couch potato- ready to go on a hike whenever you are but perfectly willing to lay around until it's time. She does not chew on anything other than her toys and loves a good peanut butter stuffed Kong bone, but she doesn't like to share the bone. Luna has truly been a lovely dog who will be greatly missed. Luna does not appreciate younger children who don’t understand her boundaries and personal space. No kids in the home would be best, but she has never shown aggression towards teenagers/adults.
