Meet Maebelle, a beloved member of our family for the past ten years, whose sweet nature and loving personality have brought endless joy into our lives. We stumbled upon Maebelle as a young puppy, and from that moment on, she has been an integral part of our family.

Despite her pointer lineage, Maebelle's hunting instincts are reserved solely for snacks, as she much prefers the cozy comforts of home to the great outdoors. She is house trained, crate trained, and kniws basic commands like sit, no, and down, making her a well-behaved and polite companion.

Maebelle's affectionate nature knows no bounds, as she adores cuddling with her human family members and showering them with love and attention. She gets along famously with children and my two Chihuahuas, relishing in their company and playful antics.

However, Maebelle's relationship with my late husband's Plott Hound has been less than ideal, for reasons unknown. As such, I believe she would thrive best as the only dog in a household or in a home where she can meet any potential furry companions beforehand.

Despite my deep love for Maebelle, I must acknowledge that my current circumstances prevent me from providing her with the attention and exercise she deserves. She enjoys nothing more than running around the backyard with my female Chihuahua, both of them reveling in their shared energy and love for outdoor play.

Maebelle's affectionate demeanor extends beyond cuddling, as she is quite vocal and expressive, often "talking" to us by grunting or whining when she wants to communicate something. Her endearing personality makes her a delightful addition to any home, where she can enjoy couch cuddles and backyard adventures to her heart's content.

As much as it pains me to consider rehoming Maebelle, I want nothing more than for her to find a loving family who can provide her with the attention and care she deserves. If you're searching for a cuddly, affectionate, and talkative companion to join your family, please consider opening your heart and home to Maebelle. Thank you for considering helping us find the perfect home for our beloved furry friend.
