Achilles and Athena

Hello everyone!
I have an amazing, super sweet dog that needs rehoming! He is a is very well trained 7 year old Lab, Shar pei, pit mix (vet record documented as only a Labrador for apartment living’s sake)
Up to date on all shots, rabies, and heartworm. He is a very well taken care of, super sweet dog. The owners had to move on short notice and could not take him with them to their new residence across country.
He will come with some food, treats, a lot of toys, dog beds, complete records etc.
He is completely trained on all basic and some advanced commands, he has great recall, I comfortably walk him off leash in my apartment complex sometimes.
He is very food motivated, if you have a treat, he’ll be your best friend and do anything you ask him to lol
He is a retriever through and through, he is kind and loving, and will fetch a tennis ball as many times as you can throw one.
Here is what the original owners had to say about him for this ad:

The Dog’s name is Achilles. He is 7 years old. Super sweet dog loves to play and cuddle. Well trained and will do anything for treats. He is a mix of black lab, Sharpay, and pit. Documented as a Lab in his vet records. He weighs about 45-50 Pounds and is an athletic/ ln build. I was a dog trainer, so I trained him well, his obedience is stellar. He loves people, kids, and all animals. He is very gentle, including with our 1-year-old son. We have had Achilles since he was 8 weeks old. He grew up with 4 other dogs, a cat, chickens, and a pot belly pig so he is used to a lot of other animals. He has all his shots, and we can supply a few more months of his heart dewormer.

I have been fostering him for about a month and agree completely with his statement.
MOST IMPORTANT: The couple who had to leave also left behind a cat that I am fostering as well, the dog and cat are bonded and I prefer to find them a forever home together. This does not mean I am against separating them but keeping them together is a huge priority since they play together to keep each other entertained during the day and are best friends.
The cat is named Athena and is 4 years old and has been with Achilles her whole life since she was 8 weeks old.

Athena and Achilles

Hello! Everyone!

I have an amazing, super sweet cat that needs rehoming! She is a lovely and gentle 4-year-old domestic long haired cat. She is up to date on all shots, rabies etc. She has been very well taken care of. She is a super sweet and gentle cat. The previous owners had to move on short notice and could not take the cat with them to their new residence across the country.

She comes with 2 months of food, as well as treats, toys, beds, complete vet records etc.

She is very docile and gentle. She uses a litter box very neatly and does not scratch anything, furniture or otherwise. Likes to hide/ sleep most of the time, whenever the house is calm she loves to come out and will cuddle a lot.

Very intelligent. She won’t meow unless her food bowl is empty, so you can leave her bowl filled, she will not overeat.
Here is what the original owners had to say about her for this ad:

The Cat’s name is Athena and she is 4 years old, she likes to play, but most of the time she plays with the dog. They love chasing one another around the house and wrestling. She does the stereotypical chasing laser pointer and toy on a string. She is very laid back and independent, so she is not needy. She is very smart too. She will let you know if she is out of food or water by sitting by the bowl and meowing softly. She does not destroy furniture and uses her scratch post if she feels the need. Once she is used to you, she will cuddle whenever you are hanging out. You can pick her up and snuggle her at any time. She has never bitten or scratched anyone including our 1 year old son who sometimes plays a little too rough with her.

I’ve been fostering her about a month and I agree with how he describes the cat. She is super sweet and doesn’t scratch anything.

MOST IMPORTANT: The couple who had to leave also left behind a dog that I am fostering as well, The dog and cat are bonded and I prefer to find them a forever home together. This does not mean I’m against separating them, but keeping them together is a huge priority since they play together to keep each other entertained during the day and are best friends.

The dog is named Achilles and is 7 years old. He has been with her for her entire life. He is a good boy, completely trained, lab mix. (see Achilles)

Kona

Kona is a really great and well behaved dog. He enjoys long walks and going to the park. He gets a long with other dogs but is often hesitant and shy at first. He does great with other animals and children. Kona is very loving and taken care of. He has long hair so maintaining his schedule of grooming is good for him so we won’t get tangles. Kona has been the best dog I’ve ever had and deserves to be in a loving home with others. Kona is domesticated and is an inside dog.
