Bailey

Bailey is a 9 month old mix breed dog. She is part Lab, Pit and Rhodesian ridgeback (dna test results). She currently weighs about 60lbs. Bailey is a very sweet dog; unfortunately she plays a little too rough with our mini-dachshund who serves as a therapy dog. She is crate trained, rings bells on the door to go out and go potty, and she is not a dog who barks much. She has a lot of energy and needs someone who either has another dog for her to play with (recommend not super small dogs) or someone who can get her outside to exercise and burn off energy more often than we can. She is very food motivated and will sit on command. She puts herself to bed in her crate around 1030-11pm. She loves to cuddle, and is a goof ball; she actually smiles. She is a good dog, she likes our cat even though the cat doesn’t like her always. She does great with our kids ages 8+

KOBE

Kobe is a great dog. He walks great on a leash, kennel trained, knows basic commands, & a great protector.

He works best with older kids. No babies/toddlers. He can be weary of men, but once he’s introduced & gets to know a person, he’s good to go. He’s a great protector, we trust our girls to walk him & know they’ll be okay by themselves. He plays great with smaller dogs who aren’t aggressive, but can get dog aggressive with larger dogs especially other males. His BFF is a maltipoo. He loves to cuddle, is treat motivated, loves to go on walks, & is overall a great dog to have as apart of your family. Since we have smaller children, & another dog in the house he doesn’t get along with, we are having to rehome him.

Cons:
– growls at smaller kids. Would need to be in a home with older children only. He tolerates our toddler, growls but has never bit. He’ll growl while removing himself from the room.
– can be dog aggressive with male dogs. Preferably, only dog at first & can be introduced to other dogs to get slowly paired with later.
– should be Kenneled when having guests over, can be wary of men
