We found Maebelle nine years ago when she was a young puppy. She’s a pointer mix but the only thing she hunts is snacks. She is sweet natured and loves to cuddle. She’s house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. I love her to bits and hate to rehome her but she belonged to my late husband and since he’s gone, I just don’t have the time to give her all the care and attention she needs.
Dog Breed: Pointer
Penny
Background:
I am an affectionate and loyal companion who is looking for a new forever home. My current owner loves me dearly, but I am not getting along with other dogs, which makes it challenging for me to stay in my current environment. I am well-behaved and very sweet with people. I have a lot of love to give, and I’m hoping to find a family where I can thrive as the only pet.
Personality:
I am incredibly sweet, affectionate, and gentle with humans. I love spending time with my family and enjoy cuddles, belly rubs, and ear scratches. I’m a mature and well-behaved dog although I love food, almost too much and will sometimes get into snacks if they’re left out 🙂
I am house-trained and understand basic commands. I am looking for a loving family or individual who understands my need to be the only pet. I come with some of my favorite toys, a comfortable bed, and a supply of my preferred food. I will make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a sweet and affectionate dog.

Billy
Billy came into our lives by a student. Her dog had an accidental liter and her mom was threating to leave them on the street.. Unfortunately, due to financial issues, we will be moving out of the country and have no one who can take him in. He not only is a great guard, but he is also extremely loyal and caring. He loves cuddles and pets. He has gotten along well with his dog brothers of all sizes, with friend’s dogs, and has no issues when taken to the dog park. He’s also great with kids. He grew more than we had thought (mom was a medium sized beagle type dog yet he grew more than 60lbs). He has lots of energy therefore we assume he is a hound or pointer mix. He would be best at a home that can give him all the attention he asks for or a large property to run around all day.
Tulip
Tulip is a pointer mix. She is a great walking dog who listens well. She will want to be by your side no matter where you go. Can be untrusting to new people but does warm up
